FROM AGAVE TO BOTTLE

We carefully select 100% Tequilana Weber agaves sourced from the lands of the Jalisco Valley.

We focus on mature plants that have reached their natural peak to ensure purity and high sugar concentration.

COOKING AND GRINDING

During milling, we extract the juice that will become the foundation of our fermentation.

Thus, we take care of both the ancestral method and innovation, in order to preserve the essence of the agave.

FERMENTATION

Under carefully controlled conditions, natural yeasts transform sugars into alcohol.

We monitor time, temperature, and hygiene to achieve consistent and expressive aromatic profiles.

DISTILLATION

We carry out a double distillation process using stainless steel and copper stills, blending tradition with technology.

From the first distillation, ordinary tequila is obtained; then, through a second distillation, its flavor, aroma, and purity are refined until reaching our standard of tequila with an authentic character.

MATURATION

For reposado, añejo, and extra añejo, we select high-quality oak barrels that contribute complexity, adding notes of vanilla, caramel, and soft spices.

During the months or years of aging, the tequila absorbs nuances from the wood —vanilla, caramel, and soft spices— while preserving its agave notes.

We combine automated processes with manual inspection to ensure excellence. Every bottle represents our commitment to quality and the identity of our land.
